Mock Munger (Josh Brolin) and Jadi Munger (Peter Dinklage) are brothers and petty criminals. They follow their criminal mother, who abandoned them some twenty-five years ago. During the break-in of the safe, Jadey is caught and imprisoned.
It’s basically a quirky crime drama
Mock runs away and tries to return to normal life. JD leaves early due to corrupt officials who want him to crack the safe. She tries very hard to be quirky.
It looks like a second-rate film by the Coen brothers
It really has a lot of actors of the highest level. The movie lost me for a while because of the monkey. I want to like the monkey, but it’s too dumb without being dumb enough.
